Overview

The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for supervising a group of Inside Sales Representatives and Associates and for providing training, coaching, and mentoring to grow and develop their understanding of the lead generation process and how to use it to meet Chadwell Supply’s Inside Sales goals.
He/she participates in the recruiting, hiring, and training of new employees and approves timecards, administers performance reviews, and applies disciplinary measures as appropriate, all while coaching and developing their employees to be successful at Chadwell Supply.

What you will need

  • A high school diploma or GED is required; a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study is preferred. 
  • 3 - 5 years of inside sales experience, with a proven record of success and strong client relationships.
  • Experience in the multi-family industry is preferred.

How you will make an impact

  • Train Inside Sales Representatives and Associates in effective selling processes and techniques to generate sales and qualified leads. 
  • Assist with resolving problems, providing sales leadership, skill coaching, and key opportunity assessment. 
  • Monitor activities of team members to ensure day-to-day responsibilities are met, including reporting, accomplishing daily call plans, etc. 
  • Establish relationships and working partnerships with at all levels of the Chadwell Supply organization. 
  • Develop and sustain sales relationships with key decision makers and influencers at all levels of an external organization. 
  • Manage data for new and prospective clients in Chadwell Supply’s CRM, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate, and documents are attached. 
  • Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards.
