Overview
The Customer Service Administrator provides assistance to the Customer Service Manager by performing a variety of administrative and reporting tasks and creates and monitors the schedules of the Customer Service Representatives, aligning schedules with departmental, organizational, and business needs.
What you will need:
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
How you will make an Impact:
- Process credit and rebills for customers as requested by the Credit department.
- Process price adjustments on posted invoices as requested by the Sales team.
- Monitor the printing and processing of weekly invoices and monthly statements.
- Coordinate, schedule, and invite potential participants to group Lunch and Learn sessions.
- Assist in coordinating the ordering of food for all Lunch and Learns.
- Print and post all weekly reports, including order, call and hold time reports.
- Create break, lunch, and late shift schedules for the Customer Service department.
- Assist in the processing of credit card refunds for unposted returns and coordinate the processing with Accounts Receivable on posted ones.
- Update the calendar and schedule meetings for the Customer Service Manager as requested.
- Scan and monitor all EPA cards for Chadwell Supply and update when needed.
- Monitor the no charge stock item report daily to ensure accuracy.
- Daily, monitor the invoice queue that contains invoices that fail to be posted.
- Print credit card receipts from authorize.net and email when requested.

- Advanced ability with MS Office Suite products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Outlook) and SalesPad.
