Overview
The Data Analytics Manager is responsible for defining and driving the Data and Analytics vision, architecture, and roadmap for Chadwell Supply. This position leads a team responsible for the overall execution of the data analytics pipelines while maintaining the highest level of data quality and reliability. The Data Analytics Manager leads our data analytics team in extracting information from large and complex datasets and transforming it into actionable intelligence. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our data-driven strategies and contributing to our overall success.

What you will need
  • Be a minimum of 21 years of age. 
  • Pass all pre-employment, background check, and drug testing. 
  • Have good interpersonal skills and be able to effectively communicate with vendors, managers, and coworkers. 
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in a data analytics or related managerial role. 
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as R, Python, and SQL for data analysis and manipulation. 
  • Extensive experience with Power BI for creating interactive visualizations and reports. 
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Microsoft Fabric.
  • Fluent in reading, writing, understanding, and communicating in English. 
  • Exceptional computer literacy and experience are required for this position. 
  • Exceptional literacy and analytical skills are required for this position. 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage and collaborate with cross-functional teams. 
  • Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and data security best practices. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Business acumen and the ability to connect data insights with strategic business decisions.
How you will make an impact
  • Utilize R, Python, SQL, and other languages to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets from various sources to derive meaningful insights. 
  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, enabling stakeholders to access and interpret data effectively. 
  • Lead a team of data analysts and ensure they deliver high-quality data analysis and reports on time and within scope. 
  • Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities to team members, fostering a culture of growth and continuous learning. 
  • Present complex data findings in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and assist in making data-driven decisions. 
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy by implementing and maintaining data governance practices. 
  • Develop and enforce data quality standards, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Leverage Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Power Platform, and Microsoft Fabric in data analytics projects where applicable, seeking opportunities to integrate these tools into existing processes. 
  • Collaborate with senior management to define data analytics strategies and roadmaps aligned with the company's business objectives. 
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics, and recommend innovative solutions to improve data-driven decision-making processes.
