Overview
Chadwell Supply is a successful family owned maintenance supply company with 29 Branches Nationwide. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, and detail-minded individual to work as a Chadwell Supply Administrative Assistant.
The Administrative Assistant
- Coordinate and manage full-cycle onboarding for new hires and internal candidates.
- Process and monitor background checks, drug screenings, employment verifications, and driver compliance requirements.
- Ensure all pre-employment documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with company policies and legal standards.
- Maintain and audit multiple reports, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and timely updates.
- Serve as a liaison between hiring managers, candidates, and internal teams to facilitate a seamless onboarding experience.
- Identify opportunities to improve candidate experience and streamline interview and onboarding processes.
- Track onboarding milestones and proactively follow up to prevent delays in start dates.
- Adapt to shifting priorities, urgent hiring needs, and changing deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail.
Requirements
- Ability to work in high volume environments.
- You must have 3 years of experience in computer operation.
- You must be extremely proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
