Overview
The Installation Services Coordinator supports sales team members, customers, and partner installers involved in HVAC, appliance, and water heater installations, service work, and preventative maintenance. The Coordinator manages their assigned installation and service orders, develops templates to streamline workflow, coordinates inspections, supports warranty and special order activities, and assists administrators in resolving purchase order issues.

What you will need

  • A high school diploma or GED or required.
  • 1-3 years’ experience in HVAC installation or service.
  • Strong communication, organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written English language skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Outlook) and SalesPad.

How you will make an Impact

  • Process all Installation & Service requests in the system.
  • Assist in the warranty and special orders process of any parts and service.
  • Resolve Purchase Order discrepancies.
  • Creates templates for ease of ordering replicated unit styles.
  • Research AHRI Certificate information for all products.
  • Assist with administrative duties when necessary.
  • Monitor and ensure Installation Services procedures are followed for current and upcoming installations.
