Overview
The Power Platform Administrator is responsible for the administration, configuration, and maintenance of the Microsoft Power Platform suite, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.  This role is crucial to ensuring the efficient functioning, security, and optimization of Chadwell Supply’s digital transformation initiatives.

What you will need
  •  A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other relevant field of study is required.
  • Proven experience as a Power Platform Administrator, or in a similar role.
  • Experience with data modeling, integration, and data governance practices.
How you will make an impact
  • Administer and maintain the Microsoft Power Platform suite, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Power BI.
  • Configure and manage connections, gateways, environments, and data sources.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and initiate appropriate corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Develop, customize, and deploy Power Apps solutions.
  • Design and implement business process automation using Power Automate.
  • Implement and maintain security measures to protect sensitive data within the Power Platform.
  • Manage user access, roles, and permissions.
  • Liaise with the IT security team for compliance and data governance requirements.
  • Provide end-user training on Power Platform functionality and best practices.
  • Develop documentation and user guides for Power Platform applications.
  • Offer technical support to users, troubleshooting issues, and resolving problems in a timely manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest features and enhancements of the Power Platform.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to streamline processes and enhance the user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and drive innovation within the Power Platform.
