Overview
The Chadwell University Coordinator will manage and coordinate course information and supplies to customers, communicate schedules among trainers, attendees and associations, as well as follow-through on reminders, payments, feedback and disputes related to Chadwell University courses.

  • Bilingual (Spanish) is desired, but not required.
How you will make an Impact
  • Employee must obey and abide by all Chadwell Supply policies, procedures, and guidelines whether oral, written or implied.
  • Maintain a consistent look and feel in all Chadwell University materials and postings, both internal and external.
  • Copy, edit and proofread all curriculum and web content related to Chadwell University.
  • Manage the Chadwell University calendar, coordinating with trainers, Chadwell Supply employees, and Apartment Associations.
  • Track and report metrics as determined by management.
  • Create digital promotional flyers for each hosted class and for Association classes as requested.
  • Post scheduled classes to the Chadwell Supply.com university catalog and work with content managers to keep information on the /university pages up to date.
  • Submit course details for promotion through social media and email channels.
  • Monitor class registrations, confirm attendance and billing for classes hosted by Chadwell University.
  • Send reminder and follow-up emails for classes hosted by Chadwell University.
  • Maintain a post-class feedback survey; select a monthly winner from submissions.
  • Coordinate shipping/transfer of course materials, supplies, and promotional items ahead of each class.
  • Work with Account Management and Customer Service to answer questions and resolve billing inquiries/disputes related to Chadwell University classes.
  • Work with staff to update and expand curriculum and course offerings.
  • Work with third party certification providers (ESCO and PHTA) to purchase materials and act as liaison between exam proctors and students.
  • Host and facilitate use of the Chadwell Supply Training Room for training-related events as needed.
  • Work with staff to create training modules that local associates can use.
