Overview
The Catalog Manager oversees and optimizes product listings to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness 
across all printed collateral featuring stocked products. This role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams 
to enhance catalog quality, improve performance, and support effective merchandising and marketing initiatives.

What you will need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in database management, product catalog maintenance, or PIM systems.
  • Strong understanding of database management systems and PIM software.
  • Proficient in data entry, analysis, and reporting.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and database management tools

How you will make an impact

  • Assign and manage templates aligned with EasyCatalog program standards.
  • Support the maintenance and organization of the PIM database, ensuring data accuracy, quality, and
    consistency across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with Product Coordinators to gather, update, and enrich product information and catalog
    features.
  • Conduct regular audits and data integrity checks to identify and correct discrepancies within the database.
  • Assist with integrating new products into the catalog and PIM systems to ensure seamless and accurate
    data flow.
  • Provide insights into catalog performance and recommend enhancements for data management
    processes.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, and IT teams to improve catalog quality and ensure alignment with broader
    business strategies.
  • Analyze catalog performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities, implementing best practices
    for catalog management.
  • Generate and communicate annual supplier product syndication.
