Overview

Chadwell Supply is a successful family-owned maintenance supply company with 29 Branches Nationwide. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, and detail-minded individual to work as a Chadwell Supply Warranty/Returns Specialist.

How you will make an Impact

• Perform a daily inspection of warehouse product aisles and areas and provide written notification of any unsafe conditions to Chadwell Supply Management. 
• Check all returned goods from delivery drivers after their return route deliveries
• Ensure daily that any damaged, defective and/or all incorrect types of inventory discrepancies or changes are adjusted from Chadwell Supply Great Plains system.
• Maintain a clean and safe warehouse and dock area and attend weekly safety meetings with other personnel
• Restock all mis-pulled inventory products to their proper stocking location and determine if required action is necessary to prevent similar mistakes in the future
• Coordinate returned, defective or other returnable products with RGA vendor returns and ensure proper shipping and paperwork is completed
• Assist with customer will call orders as required
• Assist with receiving and stocking processes as required
• Assist with order pulling, staging and processing as required

• You must be 21 years or older.
• Pass all pre-employment, background check and drug testing
• Have good interpersonal skills and be able to effectively communicate with vendors, managers and coworkers
• Have previous experience operating warehouse equipment including sit down forklifts, standing forklifts, and standing order selectors
• You must be in good physical condition and capable of lifting in excess of 60 pounds, standing for extended periods of time, able to climb steps and ladders, capable of bending, stooping, and carrying products up steps, stairs, and down ramps and walkways.
