The Replenishment Planner plays a critical role in supporting customer service, operational efficiency, and overall business performance.
What you will need:

- Understanding of demand planning, replenishment logic, and supply chain fundamentals.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence cross-functional partners.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
How you will make an Impact:
- Analyze demand trends, sales patterns, forecasts, and inventory positions to identify replenishment needs and risks.
- Develop and execute replenishment plans that align inventory levels with service level, turns, and working capital targets.
- Monitor and adjust replenishment parameters (min/max, safety stock, order frequency, lead times) based on demand variability and supplier performance.
- Proactively identify supply constraints, demand spikes, and inventory imbalances; take corrective action before service or inventory issues occur.
- Collaborate closely with vendors, distribution centers, purchasing leadership, and operations to align supply plans and resolve exceptions.
- Manage purchase order execution as part of a broader planning process, ensuring orders reflect current demand signals and inventory strategy.
- Track and report on key performance indicators such as fill rate, inventory turns, weeks of supply, excess and obsolete inventory.
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance replenishment processes, tools, and analytics.
- Support category and vendor strategies through data-driven insights and recommendations.
